9. Cook until yellow smoke comes out from the edge of the pot lid, about 1-2 minutes. Turn off the heat and wait until the smoke dissipates before removing the lid.

10. After removing the lid, check the color of the smoke. If the color is light and the taste is light, you can turn it over and smoke it again. It's usually best to get it right the first time.

11. Remove from the pan and serve on a plate. Enjoy.
