Knead the dough in advance to prepare, which not only saves time but also gives a better taste. The dough can be stored in the refrigerator for three days in a low-temperature fermentation state. If time is limited, the low-temperature fermentation step can be omitted, and the dough can be directly fermented in a warm place until it doubles in size)

4. Roll the fermented dough into a 0.5 cm thick pancake and poke holes in it with a fork. If you want to save time, you can make more at a time, roll them up, put them on a flat plate and freeze them in the refrigerator. When they are frozen solid, take them out and put them in a sealed bag to continue freezing them and take them out when you want to eat them. (Try to consume within two months)
