Braised Dried Tofu

Ingredients: 400 grams of dried tofu, 200 grams of fresh soup, 1000 grams of lard, 25 grams each of white sugar, 500 grams of chopped green onion and soy sauce, 15 grams each of minced fresh ginger and sesame oil, and appropriate amount of MSG.

How to make braised dried tofu:

① First cut the dried tofu into small triangles, put them into 80% cooked oil and fry them until the moisture is dry, then drain the oil.

2. Boil a pot of hot water and boil the celery in it.

3. Cut the celery into diagonal sections and cut the dried tofu into small pieces

4. Heat oil in a pan, fry the dried tofu until both sides are golden brown, add celery and a small amount of salt, because the dried tofu itself is salty.

5. Stir-fry quickly for two minutes and serve.
