How to make oil-splashed cured meat potato balls

15. Add appropriate amount of soy sauce and vinegar;

16. Stir well;

17. Add 2 tablespoons of oil to the pot, heat it, pour in the chili powder and stir well;

18. Mix the chili oil with the seasoning in step 14, mix well, and eat with the chili oil or pour it on the potato balls.
