Sweet and Sour Crispy Tofu

Eating is the most basic need for a person to survive, and you can't live in your parents' arms forever. Now that you have grown up, it's time for you to learn how to cook by yourself. Today, I will teach you how to make sweet and sour crispy tofu.

1.1 Pour a proper amount of oil into the pan, spread the tofu on the bottom of the pan, and fry one side until golden brown first. Turn it over and fry the other side. Remember to fry the sides as well! When each side of the tofu is fried until golden brown, it can be served.

2.2 Pan-fry a piece of tofu, rinse the surface and drain the water. Cut into small cubes of even thickness.

3. Prepare sweet and sour sauce with 2 spoons of sugar, 3 spoons of vinegar, half a spoon of salt, 1 spoon of fresh radish, 1 spoon of water and 1 spoon of dry starch. Leave a little oil in the pot and pour the sweet and sour sauce into it after heating.

4. Turn to high heat, and when the sauce thickens, pour in the fried tofu cubes and mix well, so that each piece of tofu is evenly coated with the sweet and sour sauce. Turn off the heat and serve.
