How to make your own ground soy milk (basic)

Whether you eat well or not is often directly related to your health. If we want to have a healthy body, we can't just go out to restaurants to eat on weekdays to kill time. The method of grinding soy milk (basics) is simple. As long as you spend a little time to learn, you can soon make a delicious dish at home.

1. Wash the soaked soybeans.

2. Soak the soybeans one night in advance.

3. Put it into the food processor. If you like a spicier taste, you can add some peanuts.

4. Enter the food processor!

5. Grind it into small particles and it's OK.

6. Use a piece of cloth. If you don’t have cloth, you can use clothes like lace... Mine is just a coat, haha. I don’t have cloth, so I can only rely on tools. Don’t worry, it won’t get dirty!

7. Press hard until no water comes out.

8. Remove the microbubbles on top.

9. Did you see it? So strong!

10. The fragrant and thick soy milk is ready! Just boil it and add some sugar and it’s ok!
