How to make my sister's signature braised rice

My sister’s signature braised rice is easy to make. The ingredients needed are not only common but also healthy. Making it by yourself can also ensure hygiene, killing two birds with one stone.

1. Wash and soak the rice for 30 minutes.

2. Wash and slice the pork tenderloin

3. Wash and soak the wild mushrooms for about 1 hour.

4. Wash and cut the potatoes into pieces and fry them in hot oil for later use (as shown in the picture)

5. Heat the oil in a pan, add chopped green onion and aniseed, add the meat slices and stir-fry, then add cooking wine, soy sauce, sugar, salt and other seasonings in turn, then add the mushrooms and stir-fry until cooked.
