9. Add the vegetarian chicken, stir well and add a little water.

10. Add a small spoonful of dark soy sauce, salt, chicken essence and a little spicy sauce, stir well until the soup is thick. Maybe you will ask: Why do we need to add soy sauce when stir-frying? This way the taste will be stronger. If you don’t like it, you can just leave it out!
