10. After the tofu is put into the pot, use a spatula to gently turn it over and stir-fry slowly to make the tofu evenly colored.

11. After the tofu is colored, add enough water.

12. Cover the pot and bring to a boil over high heat, then simmer over low heat for seven to eight minutes.

13. After the tofu has micropores, add appropriate amount of white sugar, stir-fry briefly to season, thicken with starch and serve.
