How to cook sesame and ketchup fish

4. Prepare a bowl of sauce in advance: 3 spoons of white vinegar, 3 spoons of white sugar, 1 spoon of cooking wine, 1 spoon of light soy sauce, 6 spoons of boiling water, mix well and add a teaspoon of starch.

5. Add oil to a small milk pan, not too much, just enough to make it thick.

6. Coat the fish strips with dry starch separately.

7. When the oil is 50% hot, add the fish strips and fry over medium heat.

8. When the fish strips are fried until golden brown, remove them from the pan.

9. Put oil in a wok, pour in tomato sauce when it is warm, and stir-fry over low heat until the oil turns red.

10. Add chopped onion, ginger and garlic, stir-fry until fragrant, then add the sauce prepared in advance and boil over high heat.

11. When the tomato sauce is about to dry up, add the fried fish strips and stir-fry quickly so that the sauce covers the fish strips.

12. Do not fry the fish strips in the pan for too long. Remove them from the pan quickly to ensure that the skin of the fish strips is crispy. Serve on a plate and sprinkle with some black sesame seeds.

13. Crispy fish strips coated with sweet and sour ketchup are very delicious.
