3. Mix water and flour into dough. Chop ginger and green onion into fine pieces and set aside. Chop the celery into fine pieces, add salt and squeeze out the water, then set aside. Add minced ginger and chopped green onion to the pork filling, then add Knorr Chicken Soup Flavor Soup Base and mix well. Add chopped greens, cooking wine and sesame oil and beat until combined. 4. Buy the dumpling skins from outside and set aside. Wash and chop the celery and set aside. Wash the pork and chop it into fine pieces for later use. Put the chopped celery and minced meat in a large bowl, add cooking wine, light soy sauce, soy sauce, salt, chicken essence and five-spice powder. Stir well and set aside. Take a piece of dumpling wrapper and apply a little water along the outer circle of the wrapper so that the dumplings will stick more firmly. Put the stuffing on and wrap it up. Wrap them all up and keep them ready for use. Pour clean water into the pot and bring it to a boil, add a little bit of salt, put the dumplings in and cover and cook. Cover and bring to a boil, then uncover and simmer until the skin is cooked.
