How to make pork ribs with fermented bean curd sauce

1. The ribs should be soft, no big spine. Wash the ribs, blanch them in boiling water, remove them and drain the water.

2. Put the fermented bean curd into a bowl and crush it, then add some fermented bean curd juice and mix well.

3. Pour the sauce into the drained ribs and mix well so that the ribs are covered with the fermented bean curd sauce.

4. Cover with plastic wrap, refrigerate, and marinate for more than 12 hours

5. Fry the marinated ribs in a frying pan until both sides are golden.

6. After the ribs are fried, put them into a pressure cooker or an Adi pot, and pour in the fermented bean curd juice of the braised ribs without adding water. Add appropriate amounts of onion, ginger, aniseed, pepper, tangerine peel, and cooking wine. No need to add salt. Use the button to cook the meat, turn off the heat after about 10 minutes, and serve it on a plate after the natural exhaust. It tastes very delicious and has a special flavor.
