How to make Taiwanese oily rice

6. When the glutinous rice is fully cooked without any white core, take the glutinous rice out of the pot and break it up while it is still hot.

7. Pour vegetable oil into the wok and add the red onion slices after the oil is hot.

8. Stir-fry over low heat until the scallions turn golden brown, then remove from the pan and make fried scallions. Leave the scallion oil in the pan and do not remove from the pan.

9. Add sesame oil to the wok

10. When the fire is 60% hot, add the pork belly slices and fry until cooked.

11. Then add the shredded mushrooms

12. Add dried shrimps and fried shallots and stir-fry for a while

13. Add rice wine, soy sauce, pepper and five-spice powder

14. Add glutinous rice

15. Stir fry evenly
