Mango Frozen Cheesecake Recipe

1. Grind the biscuits with a dry grinder and heat the butter over water until it melts.

11. Mash a mango, add 1 softened gelatin sheet and a tablespoon of water, heat on low heat until the gelatin sheet dissolves, let cool, pour it on the surface of the refrigerated cake, and then refrigerate until hard.

12. Remove from the mold (you can use a hair dryer to blow around the cake to make it easier to take out), and then decorate.
