1. Buy tofu one day in advance, blanch it, drain it, let it cool, and put it in the refrigerator to freeze. (After putting the tofu in boiling water, just boil the water again for a while. Blanch the tofu until it is hot inside. Then drain the water, let it cool, and put it in the freezer (quick freeze) for one day.)
