How to make pork with fermented bean curd

1. Cut the pork belly into pieces

2. Cut the onion into sections, the garlic into large slices, and the ginger into slices

3. Boil water in the pot and add the cut pork belly

4. Mash the fermented bean curd

5. Boil the pork belly in the pot until it is thoroughly cooked and the blood foam is spit out

6. Take out the meat and put it on a plate to drain and set aside

7. Add a small amount of oil to the Amway Queen stew pot

8. Add onion, ginger and red pepper, stir-fry until fragrant

9. Pour in pepper, aniseed, fennel and grass fruit

10. Pour the blanched meat into the pot

11. Stir-fry for a while

12. Pour in the crushed fermented bean curd cubes (no need to add soy sauce and salt after adding the fermented bean curd, the flavor is already strong enough.)

13. After the fire is boiled

14. Cover the pot and turn the lid to lock it (you don’t need to add water to this pot, but you should consider adding an appropriate amount of water to stew other pots!)

15.45 minutes later, I heard the lid flapping, and the aroma of the meat was coming out.

16. Remove the sauce from the pot and serve.
