1. Dry Pasta

Ingredients: 1 to 2 tomatoes cut into pieces, 2 beaten eggs, pasta, chopped green onion and ginger, appropriate amount of black pepper, and half an onion cut into shreds.

Method: Boil water in a pot, add some salt, and then add the following; heat oil in a wok, fry the eggs first, and set aside after cooking; add onions and shredded ginger to the remaining oil from the scrambled eggs, sauté tomatoes and a little water until soft, then add the fried eggs. Sprinkle with chopped green onion, pepper and salt, stir well and turn off the heat; put the cooked noodles into the wok, mix with the fried vegetables, and serve.

2. Steamed baby cabbage with chopped pepper

Ingredients: 2 baby cabbages, 50 grams of chopped pepper, 1 spoon each of chopped green onion, chopped ginger, and chopped garlic, 1 teaspoon of steamed fish soy sauce, 1 teaspoon of oyster sauce, a little pepper powder, and appropriate amount of vegetable oil.

Method: Prepare the ingredients, wash the baby cabbage and set aside; cut a baby cabbage into 6 pieces; blanch the cut baby cabbage in boiling water until 50% cooked; pour oil into a wok, heat it to 60%, add chopped pepper, minced ginger, minced garlic, oyster sauce, steamed fish soy sauce, and stir-fry over low heat for about 3 minutes; place the blanched baby cabbage on a plate, and pour the fried chopped pepper seasoning on it; put it in a steamer and steam it over high heat for about 8 minutes, sprinkle with chopped green onions after serving.

3. Scrambled Eggs with Green Peppers

Ingredients: green pepper, eggs, ginger, salt and vinegar.

Method: prepare three eggs and a green pepper; cut the green pepper and ginger into thin strips, beat the eggs, add a spoonful of water and two drops of vinegar to the eggs; heat oil in a frying pan and pour the egg liquid in; use a spatula to spread the egg liquid while pouring so that it solidifies into egg flocs; push the egg flocs aside, add the green pepper strips, and stir-fry quickly; mix the green pepper and eggs together, add salt to taste, and serve.

4. Vegetable bean curd rolls

Ingredients: 3 pieces of tofu skin, 300 grams of Chinese cabbage. Some dried tofu, boiled mushrooms, a little salt, cooking oil and MSG.

Preparation method: Wash the Chinese cabbage and blanch it in boiling water, drain and chop it into pieces. Trim off the edges of the tofu skin and cut each piece into quarters. Boil the soaked shiitake mushrooms and dried tofu in boiling water, remove them and cut into shreds. Put Chinese cabbage, mushrooms and dried tofu into a large bowl, add a little salt, cooking oil and MSG and mix well to make filling. Spread out the tofu skin, put an appropriate amount of vegetable filling into each piece of tofu skin (including the edges of the tofu skin), then roll them up one by one and put them on a plate. Steam them in a steamer over high heat for about 5 minutes and take them out before eating.

5. Cold three-shredded vegetables

Ingredients: 100 grams of cooked pork elbow, 75 grams of cooked chicken, 50 grams of omelet, 150 grams of cucumber or cabbage heart, and 25 grams of dried shrimp. Appropriate amounts of mashed garlic, soy sauce, vinegar, sesame oil and MSG.

Method: First cut the pork elbow, chicken, omelet and cucumber into shreds, put them all on a plate, and sprinkle with dried shrimp. Then mix soy sauce, vinegar, mashed garlic, MSG and sesame oil together, pour it on top, and mix well when eating.

6. Stir-fried bracken with shredded chicken

Ingredients: 200 grams of bracken, 100 grams of chicken breast, 150 grams of dry starch. Appropriate amounts of salt, MSG, cooking wine, soy sauce, shredded green onion and shredded ginger.

Preparation method: Wash the sugarcane and blanch it in boiling water. Soak it in water for 30 minutes, then take it out and cut it into 2 cm long sections for later use. Cut the chicken into shreds, put it into a bowl, add salt, MSG and starch and stir. Pour salad oil into a wok and heat it to 70% hot. Pour the shredded chicken in and stir-fry until cooked. Drain the oil and set aside. Put the wok on the heat again, pour in a small amount of salad oil, add onion, ginger, cooking wine and soy sauce to stir-fry. At the same time, add shredded chicken and bracken, stir-fry for a while.
