How to make soup hamburger

Cooking is a science and of course a skill. Only with a good method can we make delicious dishes. Today I will introduce to you a method of making soup hamburgers that is both delicious and pleasing to the eyes!

1.The ratio of water to flour is 5:1. After mixing the two evenly, heat them in the microwave on high heat for about 50 seconds, stirring in the middle until lines appear. Refrigerate until needed.

2. Mix the bread dough ingredients except butter.

3.Mix with 2 to form dough.

4. When the dough can be kneaded into a thin film, add butter and knead the butter fully into the dough, then continue kneading.

5. Knead until the expansion stage.

6. Allow to rise at room temperature until it doubles in size.

7. Knead out the air in the dough and divide it into small pieces. Let rise at room temperature for 15 minutes.

8. After min., the small dough is rounded.

Proof at 9.38 degrees for 40 minutes in a place with higher humidity. After it has rested, brush with egg wash and sprinkle with sesame seeds. Preheat the oven to 170 degrees for 15 minutes.

10. Melt the butter over water and stir the ingredients evenly.

11. Stir vigorously in one direction.

12. Make into meat patties (you can make 8, I made mine a little thick), 1cm thick. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees for 20 minutes. (Flip at 12 minutes)

13. Cut the bread, spread salad dressing or condensed milk, and put the lettuce and meat patties in between.
