How to make pig's feet with fermented bean curd and peanuts

1. Chop the pig's feet into large pieces and clean them.

4. Prepare red fermented bean curd, rock sugar, ginger, onion, chili sauce, star anise, cinnamon and other seasonings.

5. Take 2 pieces of red fermented bean curd and crush them.

6. Take the automatic cooking pot and add ginger, onion, bay leaves, star anise and cinnamon.

7. Add peanuts

8. Put down the pig's feet

9. Pour in the red fermented bean curd

10. Add rock sugar

11. Add cooking wine,

12. Add 2 bowls of water (enough to cover the pig's feet).

13. Add some soy sauce and vegetable oil.

14. Add some chili sauce

15. Press the "Pig's Trotter" button to start cooking (100 minutes).

16. When the cooking time reaches 90 minutes, add some salt.

17. Cook for about 5 more minutes.

18. Stir it and serve.
