During the preparation process, you still need to wash and cut the corn kernels, pea kernels and carrot cubes and set aside. Blanch the carrot cubes and peas in boiling water. Put a large spoonful of salad oil in the wok, and when the oil temperature reaches 70% hot, pour in the diced carrots. Stir-fry for a while, then add the peas and continue stir-frying. Finally, pour in the corn kernels, add appropriate amount of salt, stir-fry evenly, then pour in water starch to thicken. Water starch is made by mixing 1 teaspoon of corn starch with an appropriate amount of water. Cover the pot and simmer until 1/3 of the soup remains, then turn off the heat. Serve on a plate.
