How to make spicy pork ribs noodles

1. Wash the ribs after purchase and set aside.

2. The essential June fragrant bean paste, cut the ginger, garlic and chili.

3. After washing the ribs, add a little salt, 1 spoon of cooking wine, half a spoon of soy sauce, and shredded ginger, mix well and marinate for about 10 minutes

4. Wash the cabbage and cut into shreds.

5. Pour a little oil into the pan and stir-fry the garlic slices until fragrant.

6. Add the chopped cabbage and stir-fry until soft.

7. Pour more oil into the pot and stir-fry ginger, garlic and chili until fragrant.

8. After the aroma comes out, add the marinated ribs and stir-fry.

9. Pour boiling water into the ribs and cook over high heat for 10 minutes. (Remember to open the lid and stir well during the process)

10. When the soup is half cooked, turn to medium heat, add a little sesame oil, and then add 2 tablespoons of June fragrant bean paste and stir well.

11. Cover and cook over medium heat until the soup thickens.

12. Buy fresh noodles.

13. Add water to the pot and bring it to a boil, then put the noodles in. When the water boils again, you can take them out.

14. The spare ribs have absorbed the flavor of the June-fragrant bean paste and are really delicious.
