How to make fish-flavored eggs

1. Slice the green and red peppers, and chop the onion, ginger and garlic.

4. Put oil in the pan, the oil should cover the entire bottom of the pan. Pour in the egg liquid and bake on low heat to make an omelet.

5. Place the omelet on a cutting board.

6. Cut into small pieces and set aside.

7. Heat oil in a pan and stir-fry chopped green onion and ginger until fragrant.

8. Add Pixian bean paste and chopped pepper and stir-fry over low heat until red oil comes out.

9. Add green and red peppers and fungus and stir-fry.

10. After the green and red peppers are cooked, pour the juice into the bowl and stir-fry evenly.

11. Add the egg cubes and stir-fry. Finally, sprinkle in the minced garlic, stir and serve.
