How to make dragon fruit yogurt mousse cake

Nowadays people are generally under a lot of stress. In fact, in addition to sports and games that can help relieve stress appropriately, there are many foods that can also play a certain role in relieving stress. You might as well make more use of them in daily life. The method of making dragon fruit yogurt mousse cake is very simple. Even if you don’t cook much, it is easy to learn.

1. Cut the 8-inch yogurt cake into two pieces and cut off the edge of one piece (for the yogurt cake recipe, please refer to my other birthday cake recipe)

2. Cut the dragon fruit into pieces

3. Take 300g of dragon fruit and use a food processor to make it into a paste. Set aside the other 200g.

4. Add gelatin powder to milk and cook over low heat until melted, then let cool

5. Whip the whipped cream until 60% to 70%

6. Pour the cooled gelatin powder into the dragon fruit puree and mix well.

7. Pour the stirred dragon fruit puree into the whipped cream and mix well. The mousse paste is ready.

8. Put a large piece of yogurt cake into the bottom of an eight-inch cake mold, pour in half of the prepared mousse paste, shake it evenly, and then put in the dragon fruit pieces.

9. Put in the small piece of yogurt cake

10. Pour the remaining mousse paste and refrigerate for at least four hours.

11. Add appropriate amount of water to QQ sugar and boil until melted and let cool

12. Cut the kiwi fruit into pieces as shown in the picture.

13. Dice mango

14. Pour the QQ syrup onto the refrigerated mousse paste and put it in the refrigerator for a while until it solidifies.

15. After demoulding, place the fruit decoration as shown in the picture
