1. 250g lean pork, 10g dendrobium, 3 slices of ginger.

2.1 Wash the Dendrobium, put it into the stewing pot together with the lean pork and ginger slices, add about 750ml of water, and stew it in the casserole. After boiling over high heat, turn to low heat and simmer for 3 to 4 hours.

3.2 Wash the whole piece of lean pork and blanch it in boiling water to remove the blood. Take it out and wash it again in cold water, then drain and set aside.
