Ingredients: 1 apple (core removed and pureed), 1/2 cup apple juice, 1 teaspoon white vinegar, 1/2 teaspoon mustard, 1 teaspoon each of honey and onion, and salt and pepper to taste.

*Five-flavor sauce

Ingredients: 2 teaspoons each of soy sauce, sesame oil, black vinegar, and white vinegar, 3 teaspoons of tomato sauce, 1 teaspoon each of minced ginger, minced garlic, and minced chili.

*Garlic sauce

2 teaspoons of minced garlic, 3 teaspoons of soy sauce, 1 teaspoon each of MSG, rice wine, and white vinegar, 1 teaspoon of fine sugar, and appropriate amount of pepper.

Method: Mix all the ingredients evenly.

1. Wine-flavored barbecue sauce

Heat the butter, add onion and garlic, wait for the aroma to burst out, add red wine, vinegar, salt, sugar, mustard and red pepper powder, simmer for 5 minutes, and cool. It can be used to marinate meat, or as a dip for barbecue.

2. Hot and sour barbecue sauce

Heat the butter, add the chopped onion, wait for the aroma to burst out, add tomato sauce, dried chili powder, vinegar, sugar, salt, lemon juice, a little water, simmer for 10-15 minutes, it can be used as a seasoning dip for grilled, fried, fried food, such as fried beef patties.

Street BBQ marinating secrets

Grilled chicken wings and chicken legs: green onions, minced garlic, 3 spoons of salt, 4 spoons of seasoning, 3 eggs, 2 bottles of beer, appropriate amount of chili powder, appropriate amount of spicy pepper, cumin powder, spicy coating powder, Maggi sauce, and red oil. Pork tenderloin: several whole tenderloins, onion, salt, seasoning, meat tenderizer, egg, oyster sauce, cumin powder, chili powder, frying powder, Maggi, and red oil. Add appropriate amount of each and marinate for one day. )

Juewei Barbecued Pork: 30 pounds of barbecued pork, ginger, onion, salt, seasoning, sugar (1:2:3), salad oil, oyster sauce, sesame oil, sesame oil, dark soy sauce (about 4 spoons for 10 pounds of meat). Just marinate.

Camel hump: 1 spoon of salt, 2 spoons of seasoning, 3 spoons of chicken essence, an egg, sesame peanut butter, 2 spoons of oyster sauce, 2 spoons of light soy sauce, red oil, and a small amount of Andov. Just marinate.

Claw fish: 2 spoons of salt, 2 spoons of seasoning, 1 egg, 2 spoons of dark soy sauce, 2 spoons of oyster sauce, delicious sauce, green onion, minced garlic, spicy girl, chili powder, cumin powder, spicy coating powder, black pepper, and red oil for marinating.

Quail: half a quail, 2 spoons of salt, 2 spoons of seasoning, 3 spoons of chicken essence, half a bottle of light soy sauce, 2 spoons of oyster sauce, flavor sauce, 6 spoons of black pepper, chili powder, onion, minced garlic, and red oil, and marinate.

Snails: salt, seasoning, chicken essence, rice wine, rose wine, light soy sauce, oyster sauce, Maggi, sesame paste, aged vinegar, star anise, pepper, perilla, cumin, red oil, sesame oil. Just marinate.

Corn: Steam the corn and roast it. You can brush it with honey or butter before serving.

Bananas: Roast slowly over low heat until syrup comes out. It tastes very good.
