How to make sweet and sour meatballs and yam balls

1. Beat the minced meat, add cooking wine, soy sauce, sesame oil, pepper, five-spice powder, salt, chopped green onion and ginger, mix well and season

2. Peel the yam

14. When the sweet and sour sauce becomes thick, add the meatballs and yam balls and stir-fry quickly until they are evenly coated with the sweet and sour sauce before serving.
