1. Braised vegetables: Pick the cauliflower leaves, wash them and set aside. First, cut the leaves into fine pieces with a knife. Heat oil in a pan and pour in the chopped leaves. It is best to add some finely chopped red pepper, one for the taste, and the other for the appearance. Stir-fry for a while and then serve. 2. Vegetable stem and meat soup: remove the leaves from the cauliflower and leave only the vegetable stems, wash and set aside. Heat water in a pot, put the processed vegetable stems into the pot and cook until the stems are softened. Cut the meat slices into even thickness, add soy sauce and some starch and stir. If you want to make the taste better, you can add some egg white, which will make the meat slices more tender. After the meat slices are stirred, put them directly into the heated water and wait for the meat slices to slowly float up before eating.

3. Roasted cauliflower leaves: Remove the leaves from the cauliflower. The thicker leaves can be removed directly, leaving only some tenderer leaves. Wash them, stir the oil and salt, put in the processed leaves, and finally bake them in the oven.
