1. Bake almonds and walnuts in an oven at 180C for 5 minutes, crush them with a rolling pin, add the raisins soaked in brandy overnight and mix well.

2.1 Press to release air, divide into 2 portions, roll into balls, cover with plastic wrap and let rest for 15 minutes.

3.2 Knead all ingredients except butter and dried fruits into a dough, add softened butter, knead until expanded, add dried fruits, knead for 2-3 minutes until the dried fruits and dough are evenly mixed, put the dough in a container and place it in a warm place to ferment until it is twice as large.

4. Roll into a ball again and place on a baking tray for secondary fermentation. (I put them in a preheated 35c oven with a bowl of hot water in the oven for 40 minutes.) After the second fermentation, brush them with egg wash.

5. Put it in a preheated oven at 170c degrees (I used 320F degrees) and bake for 30 minutes until the surface is colored. After taking it out, immediately rub it with melted butter.

6. Sprinkle with powdered sugar.
