How to make crispy spicy fish fillet

1. After washing the fish fillets, add salt, chicken essence, cumin powder, pepper powder, a little light soy sauce and dark soy sauce, as well as scallion slices, ginger slices, and egg white. Finally add some starch and mix well.

6. After frying, use kitchen paper to absorb excess oil. The fish fillets will immediately become bigger, and they are our fish fillets, hehe.

7. Heat oil in another pan, sauté garlic slices over low heat until fragrant.

8. Add peppercorns and continue to stir-fry.

9. Add the chili peppers and stir-fry immediately to bring out the spicy flavor.

10. Add the fish fillets and peanuts, stir-fry quickly and serve.
