1. Put all the pizza ingredients together, put the baking powder on the top and knead it into the expansion stage, cover it with a lid and let it ferment!

2. Cut the green pepper into shreds, cut the cherry tomatoes in half, slice the onions, and prepare the corn and ham!

3. Add cooking wine, a little salt and light soy sauce to the shrimps and marinate for 20 minutes!

4. Put all the vegetables, shrimps and ham except tomatoes into the pot, add a little oil, salt and pepper, stir-fry until done and set aside!

5. When the dough has fermented to 1.5 times its original size and does not shrink when you press it, fermentation is complete!

6. Knead well to release the air, cover and relax for 15 minutes!

7. Take out the dough, roll it into a round shape and put it into a ten-inch pizza pan. Put the ham on the side and wrap the ham with the edge of the pizza!

8. Wrap all the ham sausages!

9. Cut the edge of the cake into small even sections, rotate it 90 degrees, with the cross section facing upwards!

10. After all the rotations are completed, use a fork to poke some small holes in the crust!

11. Apply a layer of pizza sauce first, then sprinkle a layer of cheese!

12. Add all the fillings and arrange them!

13. Sprinkle a thick layer of mozzarella cheese on the top, preheat the oven in advance, and bake on the middle layer at 180 degrees for 25 minutes!
