How to make small meatballs with sauce

To make a good dish is not as difficult as everyone imagines. Just prepare the ingredients and tableware, control the heat, and then follow the steps below for making meatballs with sauce. I believe you can do it.

1.Main ingredients: pork and Chinese cabbage.

2. Chop the pork into minced meat, add chopped green onion and ginger, add 2 tablespoons of Daxida barbecue sauce and mix well, then add appropriate amount of water starch and stir until it becomes firm. (Because the barbecue sauce has a complete flavor, there is no need to add other seasonings)

3. Make small balls one by one and place them on a plate lightly greased with oil. (Apply a layer of oil to the bottom of the plate to prevent the meatballs from sticking to the bottom and looking ugly)

4. Heat oil in a pan, add the meatballs and fry until cooked.

5. Take out the fried meatballs, continue to heat the oil in the pan until it is 80% hot, add the meatballs and fry again for about 30 seconds until the surface is golden brown, then take out and drain the oil.

6. Pour out the oil from the pot, add appropriate amount of broth or water, add meatballs after boiling, add 1/2 teaspoon of salt, white pepper powder and light soy sauce, cook until the flavors are absorbed, add a little chicken essence when there is appropriate amount of soup left, then thicken with water starch, and finally drizzle in a little cooking oil.

7. While the meatballs are cooking, boil an appropriate amount of water in another pot, add 1.5 teaspoons of salt and a little cooking oil, add the choy sum and blanch it, then place it on the side of the plate.

8. Place the cooked meatballs in the middle of the plate with the cabbage hearts and drizzle with the sauce.
