How to cook carrots

1. Spicy diced radish

Ingredients: 300g white radish, appropriate amount of oil, appropriate amount of salt, 20g pickled pepper, 2g chicken essence, appropriate amount of water starch, appropriate amount of sesame oil, appropriate amount of chopped green onion.

1) Peel the white radish and cut into cubes;

2) Chop the green onions;

3) Heat oil in a pan, add pickled peppers and stir-fry;

4) After the pickled peppers have turned red, add the chopped green onions;

5) Add diced radish and stir-fry evenly, then add salt and a little water, and stir-fry until the radish is cooked through;

6) Add chicken stock to season, thicken with thin starch, and drizzle with sesame oil.

2. Beef brisket stewed with radish

Ingredients: 500g beef brisket, 1 white radish, appropriate amount of oil, appropriate amount of salt, appropriate amount of ginger, appropriate amount of onion, appropriate amount of garlic, appropriate amount of coriander, appropriate amount of Pixian bean paste, appropriate amount of star anise, appropriate amount of cinnamon, appropriate amount of dried chili, appropriate amount of pepper, appropriate amount of bay leaves, appropriate amount of pepper, and appropriate amount of hawthorn powder.

1) Soak the beef in water for more than three hours to let the blood soak out;

2) After cutting into small pieces, add a spoonful of hawthorn powder, stir evenly, and marinate for 20 minutes;

3) Heat the pan, add appropriate amount of oil, add star anise, cinnamon, peppercorns, dried chili peppers, ginger, onion, garlic and coriander and stir-fry;

4) After the aroma comes out, add Pixian Douban and stir-fry together;

5) After the red oil comes out, add the marinated beef cubes and stir-fry together;

6) Stir-fry for a few times, add appropriate amount of boiling water and cook for 30 minutes;

7) Use a spoon to scoop out most of the residue;

8) Add the white radish and cook for 15 minutes;

9) Add salt and pepper to taste;

10) The delicious stewed beef brisket with radish is ready.

3. Fresh fish and radish soup

Ingredients: 400g fresh catfish, 50g white radish, 1 slice of ginger.

practice:

1) Prepare all the ingredients: croaker, white radish, and ginger;

2) Peel the white radish and cut into short thick strips;

3) Put a little oil in the pot, shake the pot to make the oil spread all over the bottom of the pot, and put in the processed fish;

4) Fry until one side is golden brown, turn over and fry the other side;

5) Add boiling water to cover the fish, add ginger slices, bring to a boil over high heat, continue to cook over high heat for 10 minutes, then simmer over low heat for about 20 minutes;

6) Add shredded white radish;

7) Continue cooking for about 10 minutes.
