1. The ingredients are as follows. You can add more if there are more people, but the carrots must not be more than the potatoes.

5. Remove from the pan and serve on a plate. The combination of yellow, green and red can stimulate appetite just by its colors. The taste is fresh and fragrant, without the greasy sweetness of carrots. A very refreshing dish.
