How to make fungus, pork and bean curd

A healthy diet can prolong a person’s life. So, how can we use “eating” to prolong our life? You still have to achieve it by yourself. Now, I will introduce the method of cooking fungus, pork slices and bean curd sheets.

1. Prepare raw materials

2. Slice the fat and lean meat separately, chop the green onion and minced garlic

3. Soak the black fungus and yuba, wash them, and cut the yuba into diagonal sections

4. Heat the pan over low heat and add the fat slices

5. Stir-fry lard

6. Add lean meat

7. Fry the lean meat until it changes color

8. Add pepper powder, anise powder, and dried ginger powder, stir-fry until fragrant, then add chopped green onion and garlic

9. After the chopped green onion and garlic are fragrant, add appropriate amount of soy sauce and stir-fry. You can also use dark soy sauce for coloring.

10. Add the black fungus and stir-fry for a while. Add a small amount of warm water (to make the black fungus cook faster

11. When the fungus is almost cooked, add the soaked bean curd. Do not stir-fry first. Let the heat of the fungus steam the bean curd (make sure there is a small amount of soup at the bottom of the pot). Taste the bean curd. If it is suitable, add appropriate amount of salt and stir-fry.

12. Stir fry evenly and serve.
