How to make spicy konjac

1. Main ingredients: konjac, green and red peppers, Pixian bean paste

2. Rinse the konjac with clean water and cut into long strips with a thickness of 0.7 cm.

3. Cut into small pieces of 1.5 cm wide and 4 cm long. Make a cut in the middle of each piece of konjac, pick up one end and pass it through the cut, pull it out, and shape it.

5. Put the shaped konjac into water and cook for 5-6 minutes before serving.

7. Put a little oil in a wok and place on fire. Add chopped garlic and fry on low heat until fragrant.

8. Fry the garlic until fragrant and add the Pixian bean paste.

9. Add Pixian bean paste, stir-fry over low heat until red oil comes out, then add the cooked konjac and stir-fry.

10. Stir-fry evenly, add a large spoonful of white sugar and stir-fry.

11. Add cooking wine and stir-fry for two or three minutes to allow the konjac to absorb the flavor.

12. Finally, add the chopped green and red peppers.

13. Add the chopped green and red Hangzhou peppers, stir-fry quickly and evenly before serving.

14. Spicy konjac is delicious and can help you lose weight. Try it!
