How to make sweet potato balls

The word "laziness" has ruined the lives of countless people. Because of laziness, you will pile up clothes and then put them in the washing machine to wash them together; because of laziness, there are never fresh fruits and vegetables in your refrigerator because you never cook for yourself. In order to get rid of this bad habit, you need to learn how to make sweet potato balls with me.

1. Peel and cut the sweet potato into pieces, put it into the electric pressure cooker, add appropriate amount of water, and simmer for 10-15 minutes.

2. After draining the water, mash the sweet potatoes (until there are no particles in the mashed sweet potatoes), and add the prepared sweet potato flour during the process.

3. While the sweet potatoes are still hot, mix the sweet potato flour and knead into a sticky dough. And add sweet potato flour or water according to the softness of the dough.

4. Tear the seaweed into shreds, dice the cabbage, and mince the lean meat. Add egg liquid, chopped green onion, chives, light soy sauce, cooking wine, oyster sauce, chicken essence, and salt to season and set aside.

5. Take a small ball of sweet potato dough, slowly spread it into an oval bowl shape with your hands, wrap the prepared meat filling into the skin, and then knead it into a ball.

6. Cooking method: After the water boils, add the sweet potato balls and cook until the sweet potato balls float up, then cook for another 5 minutes. You can add rice noodles, vegetables, etc. to the noodle soup.

7. You can also choose to steam it.

Seeing this, don’t be scared by the method of making sweet potato balls described above. Although the process is a bit longer, it is very coherent when actually done. So just do it while it is still fresh in your memory.
