4. When you think the taste is just right and the potatoes are almost soft, add the tofu and cut it into wider slices. You can also add some pepper at this time.

5. It should have been stewed for about half an hour by now. If possible, you can prepare a gas stove and stew while eating like I did. Then add Chinese spinach, enoki mushrooms and green peppers, and start eating! It doesn’t matter if you don’t have a gas stove. Just put the last three vegetables in and stew them for a while before serving.
