How to make tofu delicious and simple

The method of making dried tofu can be said to be very homely, because it is a common ingredient itself. It can be made into stir-fried dried tofu, celery dried tofu, and recently it can be eaten cold or directly. Because bean curd itself is a processed soy product, it not only has high nutritional value, but also has a relatively low fat content, so there is no need to worry about gaining weight.

Fried Dried Tofu

Material

Green pepper, smoked tofu, lean pork, cornstarch, bean paste, cooking wine, ginger, garlic, soy sauce, green pepper

1. Cut green pepper, smoked tofu (try to choose the thinner ones with a bacon flavor, which will taste better and be more fragrant when fried), and lean pork into shreds; mix the shredded pork with cornstarch, bean paste, and cooking wine and marinate for a while. Cut ginger and green pepper into shreds and slice garlic.

2. Pour oil into the pan. When the oil is hot, add shredded ginger and stir-fry until fragrant. Then add the marinated shredded pork and stir-fry until it changes color. Serve on a plate and set aside for now.

3. Add a little oil and salt, and stir-fry the green pepper shreds. The purpose of this is to remove excess water and spiciness in the peppers, so you don’t need to stir-fry for a long time.

4. When the pepper starts to soften, add the dried tofu and stir-fry for a while; then add the fried shredded pork and stir-fry for a while; finally, add garlic slices and soy sauce for seasoning (I personally think soy sauce tastes more fragrant) and remove from the pan.

Celery with Dried Tofu

Material

Celery, dried tofu, Chinese sausage, garlic, Sichuan peppercorns, Sichuan peppercorns, tree pepper, sesame oil, MSG, salt, sugar

1. Cut the celery and dried tofu into strips and blanch them separately. Remember to add a drop of oil and a little salt when blanching. To keep the celery crisp, do not blanch it for too long.

2. After repeated flushing, leave it for a while, drain the water and put it in a container.

3. Cut the sausage into strips and put it into a container, then add minced garlic.

4. Put a little oil in the pot. When the oil is hot, put in a few peppercorns and Sichuan peppercorns and fry until fragrant. Then take out the peppercorns and put in the tree pepper and fry until fragrant. Pour into the container.

5. Add a little sugar, salt, MSG and sesame oil and mix well.
