How to cook chicken breast for babies?

2. Heat oil in a pan, add ginger and chicken and stir-fry. After two or three minutes, add cooking wine and stir-fry for a while;

3. Add water to cover the chicken, bring to a boil over high heat, skim off the foam, transfer to a casserole and simmer over low heat for 40 to 50 minutes;

4. Add chestnuts and simmer on low heat for half an hour. Add salt to taste and sprinkle a little pepper before serving.
