How to cook Tremella and Andrographis

1.1 Soak the Tremella in warm water, remove the yellow disk, tear it into small pieces, wash and blanch it, then rinse it with cold boiled water to drain the water, put it in a container, adjust the taste with salt, chicken essence and sesame oil and mix well.

2.2 (A) Peel the garlic and mash it into a paste. Place it in a container and leave it there for 10-15 minutes to allow alliin and allinase to combine in the air to produce allicin before consumption. (B) Chop the ginger into small pieces, put it into a container, add an appropriate amount of pure water and soak it for 20 minutes, then take the ginger juice and set aside. (C) Wash the wolfberries and soak them in water until soft.

3. Remove impurities from andrographolide and clean it. Soak it in light salt water for a while. After the water in the pot boils, add a little oil and salt, blanch it quickly, remove it from the water, rinse it with cold boiled water, drain the water, put it in a container, adjust the taste with salt, chicken essence, ginger juice, mashed garlic, and sesame oil, and mix well. (When blanching green leafy vegetables, adding a little oil and salt to the water will make the blanched green leafy vegetables greener)

4. Arrange the dish, put the mixed Tremella in the middle of the dish, put the mixed Andrographis around it, and sprinkle a few softened wolfberries on top of the Andrographis.
