How to make authentic pasta sauce

Sauce plays a vital role in many noodles, such as fried noodles with soybean paste, hot dry noodles, and mixed noodles. Although pasta is a foreign pasta, the taste of it is directly related to the taste of the pasta sauce. To make authentic Italian pasta, you need authentic pasta sauce. So, what is the recipe for authentic pasta sauce? Let’s take a look at it below.

Spaghetti Bolognese

80g minced meat 1 tsp minced garlic 1 tbsp minced onion 1/2 tbsp minced celery 1/2 tbsp minced carrot 1 bay leaf 1/2 tbsp tomato paste 2 tbsp whole tomatoes 1 tsp Italian spice mix

150g Italian round noodles

500cc chicken stock 1/2 tbsp chicken powder 1 tbsp flour

Heat up a pan with oil, add the minced meat and fry over medium heat until golden brown, set aside.

Heat oil in another pan and sauté minced garlic, onion, celery and carrot until fragrant. Add balsamic vinegar, tomato paste, whole tomatoes, bay leaves and flour and sauté over low heat until fragrant.

Add the minced meat from step 1 and the chicken broth, simmer over low heat for about 20 minutes until thickened, add chicken powder to taste and the meat sauce is ready.

Cook the pasta in boiling water, then soak in cold water to cool, drain and mix with a little olive oil (not included in the ingredients).

Heat up a pan with oil, add the meat sauce from step 3 to the pasta from step 4 and stir-fry until well combined.

Shrimp Pasta

8 white shrimps, 150 grams of pasta, 1 large tomato, 1/2 onion, 3 garlic cloves,

1/3 red pepper, 3 basil leaves, 10 sweet pea pods

1 teaspoon olive oil, a little salt, a little black pepper, a little thyme, some water

Remove the shrimp's intestines and cut off its whiskers for later use.

Put the pasta into boiling water and cook for about 10 minutes. Drain and set aside.

Dice large tomatoes; cut onions into strips; chop garlic and red pepper; remove the heads and tails of sweet bean pods and cut into small sections; wash basil and set aside.

Take a wok, pour in a little olive oil, add the ingredients from step 3 (except basil), and sauté over medium heat until fragrant.

Then add the white shrimp and pasta from step 1 and stir-fry evenly with all the seasonings. Finally, add the basil.

Smoked Spaghetti

200g spaghetti 1 piece of basil 1/2 red bell pepper 1/2 yellow bell pepper 3 garlic cloves 1/2 red pepper

1/3 green zucchini

1 tablespoon olive oil 1 rosemary A pinch of salt A pinch of black pepper Some water 20 grams of butter 200cc fresh milk

Put the spaghetti into boiling water and cook for about 8 minutes. Drain and set aside.

Wash thoroughly, cut into small circles and set aside.

Cut red and yellow bell peppers into small strips; cut green zucchini into small slices; slice garlic and red pepper and set aside.

Take a wok and add a little olive oil, then add the ingredients from step 3 and sauté over high heat until fragrant.

Then add the spaghetti, soy sauce and all the seasonings and stir-fry evenly.
