How to make spicy bean curd skin with water spinach stems

After scooping out, drain the water and put it into a large bowl, add shredded tofu skin (I used finished five-spice tofu skin, if it is raw tofu skin, blanch it with dried water spinach), chopped green onion, minced ginger and garlic

6. Add 1/4 spoon of salt, 1/2 spoon of Maggi sauce, 1/2 spoon of vinegar, 1/4 spoon of sugar, a little pepper powder, and a little MSG.

7. Mix the vinegar and vegetables together, stirring gently to avoid water coming out.

8. After mixing, place it loosely in another bowl of suitable size, evenly drizzle 1/4 spoon of sesame oil, and sprinkle some roasted sesame seeds on it.
