7. Add appropriate amount of oil into the pot again, heat the oil, add the minced garlic and stir-fry over high heat until fragrant. Reduce heat to low.

8. Add the meat and use a spatula to break up the meat. Switch to high heat and stir-fry until the meat does not change color. Add a little soy sauce and stir-fry briefly.

9. Pour in the chopped celery and stir-fry evenly. Then turn off the heat.
