Salt and pepper enoki mushrooms are also a common method of cooking. First of all, this method is very simple. Materials

Ingredients: 200g enoki mushrooms

Accessories: 10g green and red pepper, 30g starch, 5g pepper salt

1. Remove the roots of the enoki mushrooms, wash them and tear them into strips of appropriate size.

2. Pepper and salt, if you don’t have it, you can use salt instead

3. Wash and chop the green and red peppers
