How to make pork ribs with preserved plum sauce?

Plums are a common snack in life, but many people don’t know that they can be used to make delicious dishes. Plum pork ribs is a very appetizing and delicious dish, because the sour taste of the plum will be integrated into the ribs, it does not feel too greasy and is easy to digest.

1. Prepare the materials.

2. Add appropriate amount of white sesame seeds and chop the onion, ginger and garlic.

3. Wash the ribs and soak them in clean water to remove the blood.

4. Pour a little oil into the pan and heat it, then drain the ribs and stir-fry.

5. Stir-fry until the ribs change color, then add half a teaspoon of cooking wine and continue stir-frying.

6. After the ribs are lightly stir-fried and turn yellow, add the scallions, ginger slices, and garlic cloves and stir-fry until fragrant.

7. Add half a spoon of cooking wine, half a spoon of balsamic vinegar, half a teaspoon of sugar, an appropriate amount of pepper, and soy sauce, stir-fry until evenly colored.

8. Pour in boiling water until the water covers the ribs, then add the plums.

9. Cover the pot, bring to a boil over high heat, then simmer over medium-low heat for about 30 minutes. (Remember to open the lid and stir evenly during the cooking)

10. When 1/3 of the soup remains, add half a teaspoon of salt and stir-fry.

11. Finally, turn on high heat to reduce the sauce, sprinkle with chopped green onions and white sesame seeds for garnish.

12. You can choose sour plums or Korean plums. It is not suitable to use plums that are covered with white frost and are very salty.
