Tin Foil Gold Needle Grinding Method

Baking enoki mushrooms with tin foil is also a common practice. Using tin foil to bake can maintain the flavor of the ingredients and prevent the enoki mushrooms from being burnt. The cooking method is also relatively simple. They can be baked in the oven or charcoal grilled. There are also many ingredients that can be put in. Enoki mushrooms, salt, soy sauce, oyster sauce, garlic

Tin foil enoki mushrooms (super simple) steps

1. Place the cleaned enoki mushrooms on tin foil and fold the four sides like a rectangle. (Use two layers of thick tin foil or thin tin foil)

2. Chop the garlic into small pieces, add some soy sauce, salt and water and mix well.

3. Put the wrapped enoki mushrooms in tin foil directly on the fire and cook over medium heat for 1 minute. Then turn off the heat, add the ingredients prepared in step 2, and continue cooking for 1 minute.

4. Heat oil in the pan

6. Add soy sauce and stir-fry until the soup thickens.

7. Chop the chili into rings

8. Drain the moisture from the enoki mushrooms

9. Wrap the baking tray with tin foil

10. Spread the enoki mushrooms flat on the tin foil

11. Pour in the soy sauce and garlic sauce prepared in advance

12. Wrap the Enoki Mushrooms

13. Bake in 200 degrees oven for 7 minutes

14. Open the tin foil and stir evenly

15. Add chili pepper and continue to bake for 3 minutes

16. Open and mix the enoki mushrooms, then bake for 1 minute.
