How to make Indonesian fried rice

To make a good dish is not as difficult as everyone imagines. Just prepare the ingredients and tableware, control the heat, and then follow the steps for making Indonesian fried rice below. I believe you can do it.

1. Fry the eggs and cut them into small pieces. Add shredded pork, ginger, cooking wine and dark soy sauce and fry until ready for use.

4. While frying the rice, preheat the oven to 200℃, spread the skewers flat on the baking tray, put them in the oven and bake for 3 minutes, then take them out, brush them with satay sauce, turn them over and bake for another 3 minutes (increase or decrease the time according to the size of the skewers). After the fried rice is put into the plate, place it on both sides

5. In another pan, fry a sunny-side up egg and place it on top of the fried rice.
