5. Place the wok on the fire, pour in a little oil, pour in the rice soaked in egg liquid after heating, stir-fry continuously over medium-low heat until the rice grains are loose and golden brown, then pour in all the side dishes except shallots, continue to stir-fry evenly, add salt and pepper to taste, and finally add chopped shallots before serving, stir-fry evenly and serve.
