How to make creamy egg yolk mashed potatoes

1. Prepare the ingredients, wash potatoes and eggs. (My potatoes are a little big, and we don’t have small potatoes at home. In fact, potatoes about the size of eggs will be fine for babies.)

2.1 Cook for about 10 minutes, and tap the eggs a few times with a spoon until cracks appear on the eggshell, which will make the yolk easier to cook. Cook for about 20 minutes. Use chopsticks to poke the meat. If it is fully penetrated, it is cooked. Poke it in several places to prevent uneven cooking.

3.2 Put potatoes and eggs in a pot and cook. No need to peel the potatoes

4.1 Peel the potatoes and remove the eyes and green parts thoroughly. Remove the egg whites and keep half the yolk.

5.2 Place the cooked potatoes and eggs in a bowl and let them cool slightly.

6.1 Put the egg yolk and mashed potatoes into the mixing cup

7.2 Use a small spoon to press the potatoes and eggs into smaller pieces.

8. Put two spoons of milk powder into the bottle and shake well, about 70 ml.

9. Mix the milk into the mixing cup in approximately this proportion.

10. Stir for 3 minutes.

11. Pour it out and you can eat it! If any mother thinks that using a blender is unhygienic, she can just steam the mashed potatoes in a pot for two minutes.
