How to cook steamed tilapia

1. Wash the tilapia clean, especially the black film and black tendons on the belly, then make a few cuts on both sides of the fish back, so that it will be more flavorful and easier to cook when steamed. Wash the green and red peppers and cut them into small pieces. Wash and chop garlic and ginger. Wash and cut the green onions into sections. Chop the bean paste finely.

7. Pour the sauce on the fish and steam it in a steamer. Heat the water in the steamer first.

8. After steaming for 15 minutes, place the scallion segments on the fish and continue steaming until they are green.
